This watercolor abstract by Tzu-Wen Kwok
is framed under glass with teal and white double mats in a silver-colored
metal frame. The artist's biography is attached to the back of the
Tzu and I participated together in many charity
art shows during the years she lived in Wilmington, Delaware while her
husband worked for DuPont. They returned to China after he retired.
We were entranced by this abstract, which was a
departure from the more traditional Chinese paintings Tzu was painting 20
years ago. For many years Waterfall hung in our upper hall
across from a guest room door. We thought this painting was a happy
choice to greet guests in the morning.
